Membership agreement notice:
As a VIP Member of Body By Design, you will receive 15% off all massage services. Discounts will not be given for gift cards purchased online.
Prepaid account credits never expire and stay in your account until you use them. All credits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The credit/debit card on file will be charged monthly, every 30 days from the date of sign-up, in advance, for the chosen number of sessions, unless the contract is terminated or suspended with a minimum notice of 30 days in advance via email to ADMIN@BODYBYDESIGNPGH.COM.
No-Show Policy: Missing an appointment without any notice will be considered a “no-show” and will result in a charge of 50% of the session cost (before discounts) or forfeiture of your prepaid session.
Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you a full session, but it may be shortened depending on other scheduled appointments. The full session fee still applies.
All missed/late cancellations will have a 50% charge of the full service fee deducted from membership credits. Your membership cannot be put on hold for any reason; however, your credit will continue to incur a monthly fee.
The terms of a membership contract state that a membership will renew automatically every 12 months unless terminated in advance. If a rate increase occurs during a contractual period, the cost of the contract will increase accordingly and it will be reflected in the monthly auto withdrawal.
Body By Design reserves the right to change rates or terminate the contract for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior of a member.
